Downtown London Year in Review
Last November during the Downtown London Annual General Meeting PARK(ing) Day organizers and participants where happily surprised to be noted in the Downtown London 2010 Year in Review. Along side Car Free Sunday and ArtFusion, PARK(ing) Day was noted as a way in which a diverse cross section of Londoners were engaged in the downtown core during the year.
It’s not our “name in lights” but its a small win and nice to be recognized for the hard work that everyone put in last year.
Congratulations to all PARK(ing) Day 2010 participants, volunteers and supporters.

PARK(ing) Day is an annual, one-day, global event where artists, activists and citizens collaborate to temporarily transform metered parking spots to help promote creativity, civic engagement, critical thinking, unscripted social interactions, generosity and play.
